Booking Terms & Conditions:

1. How to make your booking or start your enquiry.

To start your Enquiry or Make a Booking, this process can be made by completing the “book now” confirmation form found on each programme page of our website and in our “contact us” section or by or Emailing us at info@egyptunlimitedtours.com. We can also tailor your tour to suit your personal needs by completing the form or by emailing us at the above email address.

It is recommended that you book as early as possible to ensure that you can attain the Hotels / Flights / Tours that you wish to have. Particularly if you are travelling during Peak Periods it is advisable to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

2. Quotations and length of validity of pricing

All of our quotations are subject to availability of the services quoted and are not guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed and the deposit has been received by Egypt Unlimited Tours. Quotes are valid for 7 days after the date of issue (subject to flight pricing remaining equal) and Egypt Unlimited Tours  reserves the right to increase prices accordingly.

3. Deposit and Final Balance Payment

After your tour package has been finalized and confirmed by us we will notify you of the payment procedures. A 40% deposit is required to make the booking and the final balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival into Egypt (unless otherwise stated)

Once final payment has been received confirmation details of your full package will be sent to you containing all details relating to your booking and any relevant pre arrival information.

 

4. Late Bookings and Payments

Bookings made within 20 days of arrival must be paid in full by either wire transfer or Western Union.

No additional charge will be made for last minute bookings.

 

5.Bank Details

Egypt Unlimited Tours uses a reputable banking system please Contact Us.

6. Accommodations

All rooms quoted on are standard double or twin bedded rooms with private facilities, unless you have specifically requested and paid for an upgraded room category.

For any Special requests such as bed types, connecting rooms, smoking facilities etc please note that these are subject to availability. The Room selection in all cases unless otherwise reserved is completely at the Hotel’s discretion.

Triple rooms consist of standard Double or twin beds plus a roll out bed or cot for third person. Please note that the number of people accommodated does not dictate the room size.

Egypt Unlimited Tours where appropriate reserve the right to make substitutions with hotels of equal standard in certain circumstances. No refund is applicable for any difference in the price of said accommodations.

 

7. Checking in and out of Accommodations Timings:

These times can vary depending on the Hotel’s own policy. However generally check in is around 2pm and check out around 10am. Please note that most Hotels may request a credit card authorisation at check in and to see your passport for identification.

If a Day Room has been included as part of your tour package then check out would be around 6pm.

 

8.Itinerary and Accommodation Ammendments.

Rarely but on occasion due to unforseen circumstances your Hotel or Cruise Boat may have to make some last minute changes occasionally after arrival. Egypt Unlimited Tours therefore reserve the right to adjust the sequence or substitute any of the hotels with other of a similar standard, and in such circumstances there will be no additional cost to the booking party. It may also be necessary, again due to unforseen circumstances that your itinerary may have to be slightly re-structured, if this is necessary please be assured that this matter will be discussed fully with you and alternative arrangements of a comparable quality and standard will be made as alternative.

 

9.Responsibility of Egypt Unlimited Tours.

Egypt Unlimited Tours acts only as agent for the booking party in relation to travel whether by rail road, private car, motor coach, boat, aircraft or any other travel conveyance. And as such we assume no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss accident, delay or any irregularity to any person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes; Weather, Acts of God, force majeur, acts or restrictions of Government or other such authority, war, civil disturbance, labour dispute, riot, thefts, breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes by Hotels and other accommodations, carrier or restaurant. Egypt Unlimited Tours holds no responsibility for any additional expense if any of the above is the case.

 

10.Additional Food and Drinks.

Additional Food and Drink costs are the responsibility of the booking party, and if meals are included they are based on the Hotel or Accommodation’s buffet or set menu. Generally (unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation) beverages are not included and are the booking party’s responsibility for payment.

 

11.Cancellation by the booking party.

Once a partial or full payment has been made cancellations will only be accepted in writing via email or fax . Cancellation terms will be applicable based on the date that the cancellation application has been received. In all cases, cancellations must be in writing to Egypt Unlimited Tours.

 

12. Cancellation Policy.

Individual Travellers (less than 10 pax)

  • Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date – 30% cancellation fee *

  • 59 – 45 days prior to the arrival date – 60% cancellation fee *

  • 20 days prior to the arrival date – 100% cancellation fee*

Groups (10 or more pax)

  • Up to 70 days prior to the arrival date – 30 % cancellation fee *

  • 59– 45 days prior to the arrival date – 50% cancellation fee *

  • 45– 30 days prior to the arrival date – 70 % cancellation fee*

  • 30 days prior to the arrival date – 100% cancellation fee*

All above applicable except during Peak Periods where the following would apply:

 

Peak Periods

  • Christmas and New Year from 20 Dec until 4 Jan and Easter Holidays (generally from 19th March until 31st March unless Easter Date is altered that year)

  • Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date – 50% cancellation fee *

  • 45– 31 days prior to the arrival date – 70 % cancellation fee *

  • 30 days prior to the arrival date – 100% cancellation fee*

* Percentage is based on total price of tour programme amount

Refunds:

In all cases no refund is applicable after commencement of the booking party’s tour programme. There will be no refund for any reason once the trip has begun unless through our fault you do not receive the trip you paid for. There will be no refund for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing or any other charges once the trip begins.

 

13. Children Travelling.

A person under 18 is able to book any of our tours only if they are travelling with a parent or legal guardian. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

  • 0 – 1.99   Free of charge

  • 2 – 5.99   25 % of total tour programme price

  • 6- 11.99   50% of total tour programme price

  • 12 + Are considered adults – full tour programme price

If your tour programme price includes flights then an additional supplement may be applicable for your child.

 

14. Not included within your Tour Programme Price.

Generally your Tour Programme Price (unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation) does not include:

  • Round trip air travel between your home and Egypt (UNLESS REQUESTED BY GUEST)

  • Airport arrival/departure taxes on this travel, 

  • Entry Visas (UNLESS REQUESTED BY GUEST)

  • Personal Travel Insurance

  • Items of a more personal nature such as beverages at meals, additional food or snacks at times other than any meal included on the itinerary, laundry, telephone, fax or Internet/E-mail access charges, film, fees for taking photographs or videos in certain locations, fees for changing money, medical expenses, excess baggage fees, customs duties, shopping

  •  Tipping or gratuities

  • Any Bank Transfer Charges.

 

15. Limitations of Liability.

Egypt Unlimited  Tours are not liable for any delays, inconveniences, accidents, injuries or expenses of any kind resulting entirely to or in part of the negligence of other people or from situations outwith our control.  It is the responsibility of the traveller that they assume all risks of personal injury and aggravation of any medical condition related in any way to any of the activities during their tour programme. Baggage and other personal property is solely the responsibility of it’s Egypt Unlimited Tours will not accept liability for any such loss incurred.

 

16. Free Time and when you are not with us.

During any free time, free days, or time when Egypt Unlimited Tours  are not escorting you then it is solely your responsibility for your health, safety and welfare during these times. Advice can be given by Egypt Unlimited Tours as a guideline but in no way transfers the responsibility of your health, welfare or safety to Egypt Unlimited Tours.

Egypt Unlimited Tours accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident which happens during the time you are not with your Egypt Unlimited Tours employees.

 

17. Complaints.

It is of course hoped that you wouldn’t have any complaint about any part of your programme or about any of our staff, however should you have any issues at all then we would request that you bring it immediately to the attention of your Egypt Unlimited Tours representative at the time so that we can make every effort to resolve the situation speedily. Failing to do so might result in Egypt Unlimited Tours not being able to alter your programme, make any refund, or take corrective action at the end of your tour programme. 18- Acceptance of the agreement:

The contract constituted by the company's acceptance of the client's booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company. The payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

19- Tipping

Tipping is customary for expressing one’s satisfaction with good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise you to tip as you are willing. This will be greatly appreciated by staff, but you are not obligated to do so.
