Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1 Friday: Arrival Egypt

Welcome to Egypt! Upon arrival to Cairo airport you’ll be met and assisted by Egypt Unlimited Tours representative at the Cairo airport, who will help you to go through the security area, luggage claim and customs. Then our representative will be escorting you to your Hotel in Cairo.

Overnight Cairo Hotel: 5-star hotel.

Day 2 Saturday: Giza Pyramids / The Sphinx / Saqqara Pyramids

After breakfast, you will be picked up by your Egyptologist for a full day tour of Giza and its environs. Your tour will start with a visit to:

Giza Pyramids: You will visit the pyramids and Sphinx of Giza, located on the outskirts of Cairo, and considered amongst the seven Wonders of the World. The Great Pyramids are over 4500 years old, and are massive in size, with some of the blocks weighing in excess of two and a half tons each.

Camel Ride: No trip to Egypt would be complete without a camel ride at Giza Pyramids. so you will have an opportunity to mount your individual camel for a short ride across the sands of Giza to the Sphinx.

The Sphinx: Enter the temple of the mysterious Sphinx, an ancient figure shrouded in legend and mystery. Your Egyptologist will enthrall you with the tales told of this fascinating figure.

After Lunch we will visit:

Saqqara Pyramids, the necropolis of Memphis, home of the step pyramid, the first limestone structure ever built. Explore its 4350 years old colored tombs. Get the chance to go inside a pyramid and see the ancient Hieroglyphics that have been engraved on its walls for thousands of years. Your tour will include a visit from inside Saqqara pyramids. Then drive back to your Hotel.

Day 3 Sunday: The Egyptian Museum / Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali

After Breakfast you will visit the Egyptian Museum, the largest museum in the world for one single civilization. You will stand face-to-face with the Golden Mask of the boy King Tutankhamun. You will be dazzled with the amount of treasures and artifacts that this museum holds. Afterwards a visit to the Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali. Situated on the summit of a centuries-old citadel, this is a fine example of an Ottoman-era mosque. Then a visit to Old Cairo's Coptic Church and the century-old ben Ezra, followed by a visit to Khan El Khalili bazaar.

Day 4 Monday: Fly to Luxor and Visit Karnak & Luxor Temples

Breakfast at hotel.

Transfer to Cairo airport to fly to Luxor, Meet and assist at Luxor airport.
Visit the Karnak temple The temple complex has four parts. The most commonly visited one is the Precinct of Amun-Ra.
Transfer to check in your LUXURY Nile Cruise.
Lunch on board
Afternoon tea time.
Visit Luxor temple by Night.

Day 5 Tuesday: Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple

Visit West Bank of Luxor - Valley of the Kings, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (El-Deir El-Bihari) and Colossi of Memnon.
Sail to Edfu via Esna lock.

Day 6 Wednesday: Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples

Breakfast on board.

Visit Horus Temple in Edfu, the falcon God Horus.
Lunch on board
Afternoon tea during Sailing to Kom Ombo.
Visit the Temple shared by two gods Sobek & Haeroris in Kom Ombo
Sail to Aswan

Day 7 Thursday: Abu Simbel Temples / Felucca Ride

After breakfast on-board, Drive to Abu Simbel temples, to visit The two temples in Abu Simbel complex were carved out of the mountainside during the reign of Pharaoh Ramesses II, as a lasting monument to himself and his queen Nefertari then Drive back to Aswan.

Day 8 Friday: Disembarkation / Philae Temple / Fly back to Cairo

After Breakfast disembark from the Cruise.
Visit the High Dam of Aswan and the Temple of Philae It was dedicated to the goddess Isis, the wife of Osiris and mother of Horus.
Transfer to Aswan airport and fly back to Cairo.
Upon arrival to Cairo meet & assist then transfer to our Luxury Hotel.

Day 9 Saturday: Alexandria Day Trip

After Breakfast, drive to Alexandria it is the second largest city in Egypt. The city was founded by Alexander the Great in 332 BC and was the capital of Egypt for more than 300 years. Your sightseeing starts with a visit to the Catacombs of Kom ash-Shuqqafa, where you examine fine examples of pharaonic funeral art with strong Greco-Roman influences, followed by a stop at the 4th-century AD Roman Amphitheater. Later, visit the harbor of Alexandria with the picturesque Citadel of Sultan Qaitbay, the place where the famous Lighthouse of Alexandria – one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World – once stood. Then visit the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, also known as the New Library of Alexandria. Lunch in one of the best Mediterranean Sea Restaurants. Back to your hotel and overnight.
